Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Each RUMÉ piece is thoughtfully handmade to order. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges as standard.
Exchanges (Special Cases Only)
Because our garments are crafted specifically for you, exchanges are generally not possible, particularly for custom or non standard sizes, which cannot be easily remade or resold. That said, we do consider exceptions in limited circumstances.
If the issue was on our end
For example, you received the incorrect item or your piece arrived damaged
• We will arrange an exchange or replacement
• Please email hello@rumeofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If you’d like to request an exchange for another reason
For example, selecting the incorrect size
• While exchanges are not typically offered, you may contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• If approved, the following conditions apply
• The item must be unworn and in original condition
• Return and re delivery shipping costs will be covered by the customer
• The replacement piece must be available in stock or eligible for remaking
Please note that exchange requests for custom or non standard sizes are generally not accepted.
